终于闲下来了，好久都没写东西，手都生了，打开键盘想写点关于造船的内容，又感觉无从下手。整点粗浅、笼统的东西就当练手了（部分图片及内容摘自网络）。
 The complete process of buiding a ship
First of all ,the shipyard has to gain a order /offer from the shipowner ,the order/offer is very clear in which kind of ship ,main deminsion ,MG power and other
specificaion parameters for some specified equipment.then matketing department will give a quotation accordingly,technical department will disscuss the shipbuilding technical details will owner,After everything is ok ,2 parties will sign a shipbuilding contract.Normally ,the shipbuild contract mainly consists of following documents:
1,Technical sspecification;
2,Marker's list;
3,General arrangement plan.
After the shipbuild contract ia signed,the following job should be done ；
1,Technical departmnet will prepare to design relevent drawings and documents .
2,marketing department will prepare to purchase marine equipment and material .
3,Production department will prepare to make the detailed shipbuilding schedule and arrange shipbuilding
4,Quality control department will prepare to make inspection procedure and workmanship .
Normally ,the big details of shipbuilding construction include the steel cutting ,keel laying,launching ,sea trial and delivery .after delivery ,the yard will give 1 year gurabtee to the ship.
1,Design
The hull form and arrangement of ship are determined on the design stage. Research and development are also conducted at this stage.

2,Production planning Working and production schedules are developed, considering efficient production.

3,The arrival of steel
The steel for hull form arrives at the factory from the iron mill by ship.

4,pre-treatment of steel/primer coating
Prior to process operation ,the steel is surface-treated to prevent crossion .

5,Steel cutting Cutting of steel is a first step of production

6,Processing of steel.
inclide cold process and hot process ,The shape of the hull is formed in this phase.

7, panel line
The panels for hull blocks are made efficiently using a dedicated production line system

8.Sub assembly/unit assembly
Combine 2 or more samll members processed/cutted to a big member.

9,block assebby
combine all the members into a block.

10,Outfitting and painting of block
Pipes ,outfitting accessaries and part of equipment are installed in the blocks.,blasing and painting

11,pre-erection
Combine several small blocks to a big block or section to reduce the dock period.

11,Erection /block joint on the slipway or in dry dock .
combine all the blocks to a whole ship by welding .

12, launch/undock.
The ship is sliped or tuged to river after erection .

Ship's performance is confirmed by sea trial.

14, Delivery
After the completion of all construction procedures, the naming and delivery ceremony is held for the ship, and the ship is delivered to the owner.
