1、机械设计师Mechanical Designer

Purpose of the position

The purpose of this position is to design equipment according to technical requirements as defined by contract, class rules and MacGregor standard within given quality, time and cost.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Contract Management

  • Design equipment according to technical requirements as defined by contract, class rules and MacGregor standard within given quality, time and cost.
  • Responsibility for design planning and updating Design Responsible or Design Leader.
  • Follow up of design schedule.
  • Assist DR/CM/Purchase responsible in technical discussions with



Design
  • Layout design
  • Adapt concept to contract requirements
  • Interface to ship or shore structure
  • Kinematics of equipment through operation
  • Perform calculations as agreed with the Structural Analyst and the DR, or DL
  • Collate and archive calculations
  • Calculation of hydraulic cylinder operating pressure and buckling check.
  • Operation sequence of allocated equipment
  • Weight calculations and technical solutions
  • Detail design and production of design drawings.
  • Technical correctness of the design and drawings.
  • Planning and follow-up of the allocated item
  • Design hours estimation / forecasting of allocated work
  • Production of technical administrative documentation



Contract Activity
  • Support DR and DL with all deviations from contract with technical or commercial impact.
  • Attending design review meetings

Other Departments
  • Support to Purchase Function in technical matters.



POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education:

  • B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering
  • CET-6 English as well as good spoken English

Experience:
  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience with mechanical engineering, ideally within Marine industry

2、液压设计师Hydraulic Designer

Purpose of the position

Responsible for hydraulic system design and engineering within the allocated contract.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Hydraulic design for a single complicated item, or several/all uncomplicated items within a contract.
  • Under the supervision of a Senior Designer, the Designer is responsible for multiple/all items of a more complicated type of equipment.
  • Quality of work and delivery produced by allocated resources and sub-contractors.
  • Planning and follow-up of allocated resources, reporting to Design Responsible and Line Manager (and/or Control Systems Manager in Europe)
  • Support R&D/Standard in NC-processes and product development


Hydraulic design includes by definition:
  • Drawings (Production of Layout drawings, Schematic Drawings, Bills of material, spare parts-lists).
  • Calculation (Calculation of pressure and flow characteristic and calculating of pipe sizes, valve sizes, pump and motor sizes).
  • Classification regulations (From given parameters, designing in accordance to regulations, and choosing adequate equipment).

Education:
  • B. Sc. Engineering, or similar

3、海工甲板处理设备供应链高级经理
Senior Manager, Supply Chain - Deck Handling Equipment

Purpose of the position


Lead and drive supply chain- sourcing-, production- and shipment- strategy, implementation and operations to meet Deck Handling Solutions (DHS) Product Line strategy and customer needs
As a member of the Deck Handling Solutions (DHS) Management team, actively participates in the success of the product line’s profitability and growth.
With its own local and shared global MacGregor Sourcing resources and with a preferred supplier base, actively drive and support improvements on operational performance and strategic changes of technology, supplier base etc defined by Offshore Solutions Division & MacGregor.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Full management responsibility of Sourcing, PO Handling, Logistics, Lean/Platform Implementation for DHS product line
  • Implement and achieve sourcing & supply chain strategic, operational and financial goals as defined by Sourcing & Supply Chain Director & DHS product line
○ Lead and develop platform, co-operation and frame agreements with suppliers
○ Monitor deliveries meeting budget, schedule and in compliance with MCG quality standards.
○ Develop capabilities and competencies of suppliers and partners accordingly
  • Cooperation with Sales. Design, R&D and QA to continuously improve quality and cost of components and production processes with partners
  • Ensure optimal and continuous coordination with MCG Sourcing and Sourcing & Supply Chain teams in Offshore Solutions Division (OSD)
  • Lead sourcing & supply chain team, drive employee competency & capability development
  • Represent the department in DHS management meetings


POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education:
  • M. Sc or B.Sc. in Engineering, Production technology, Logistics or similar adequate degree.
  • Long proven track record with good achievements may compensate for lack of some formal education.



Experience:
  • Third level degree and/or Master’s degree in a relevant business discipline.
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant Industrial experience (truck, construction machines, agriculture or automotive.), preferably experienced in project-based business lines.
  • At least 5-7 years within a Supply Chain role, 3 to 5 years of which should be at Management level, within a multinational, multi-site, global company.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the proven ability to develop and sustain a trusting relationship with our preferred supplier base. Proven responsibility for key supplier relations and negotiations.
  • Strong people management skills and experience, to achieve full alignment of each individual team member’s performance with the business strategy and goals.
  • Cross functional experience between Engineering and operations.
  • Ability to travel globally, sometimes at short notice

4、采购专员Purchaser

Purpose of the position

Act as Purchaser for MSD New Sales, Conversion contracts, warranty and rework multiple product lines.

Contract team member responsible for all purchase matters (P/O, budget, planning, deliveries)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Make purchase decisions following   MacGregor Purchase Policy.
  • Responsibility to perform purchase decisions for specified projects/contracts. Major purchases to be coordinated through Purchasing Manager and Sr Manager Purchasing.
  • Prepare purchase planning and liaise with CM regarding input to the overall contract program.
  • Responsible for all contract related purchase deliveries
  • Approve/check invoices according to Company policy/rules
  • Responsible for material costs in each contract and providing accurate input to CMs Project Control Sheet.
  • Monitor the status of subcontractors including financial status and report to Production Control if considered necessary.
  • Act as a purchasing responsible in the contract team and attend Contract Follow up meeting
  • Resolving vendor nonconformities including financial settlement and input to CM to resolve customer claims.
  • Monitor supplier and S&SC performance during the contract and provide analysis during closeout meetings.
  • Responsibility for distributing drawings and obtaining “as built” drawings and class documentation from subcontractors.
  • Coordinate FATs and inspections with the Production Control Department.



POSITION REQUIREMENTS

Education:
  • Second-degree education

Experience:
  • 2 years of experience working in projects and/or purchaser experience.

Competencies:
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written.
  • Experience working with ERP systems.
  • Able to adapt to new techniques and keen to increase knowledge.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Comfortable working in an international environment and in virtual teams.
  • Good supplier negotiation skills



5、滚装销售经理ROR Sales Manager

Purpose of the position

Responsible for Sales within a given Area/Product Line. Participate in development of MacGregor RoRo customer value proposition.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key tasks:

  • Responsible for assigned Sales Area/Product Line by actively maintaining existing customer relations with shipyards, port and terminal, ship owners and design consultants and actively establish new ones.
  • File customer enquiries in ROR Sales database and evaluate the enquiries
  • Plan, lead each tender and assure that the customers get response according to their needs.
  • Responsible together with Sales Project Manager for the correct technical solution and that the correct cost and scope of supply are chosen for each specific tender.
  • Responsible together with the China Director Sales and CAS Sales Director that the quoted prices are correct and in accordance with the Sales Budget or strategic goals.
  • All necessary correspondence/communications to customer regarding commercial issues
  • Responsible for preparation of quotations and to send tender material to customer
  • Commercial negotiation with customers incl. price, payment terms and other terms
  • Lead  Pre Contract Phase and to hold pre contract reviews, start up meeting and distribution of available tender material to each department. Ref. to Q080
  • Participate actively in the preparation and realisation of the Sales Budget of assigned Sales Area/Product Line including proposal of marketing activities
  • Participate in symposiums, conferences and exhibitions as necessary within assigned Area/Product Line.
  • Responsible for keeping an updated customer address and contact database in assigned Areas
  • Responsible for keep ship type reference lists updated
  • Plan marketing activities in assigned areas



Sales support activities
  • Participate in weekly department sales meeting and keep SAP Sales Tool continuously updated
  • Assist Contract Manager in customer contacts and special negotiations when so required.


Communication between different departments/stakeholders
  • Support people from other divisions/business lines within MacGregor with product knowledge and customer contacts when so required.
  • Discussions with sales agents worldwide

Education:

  • University degree with technical background

Experience:
  • 10 years relevant experience

Competencies:
  • Fluent English, both writing and speaking

6、售后服务工程师Service Engineer

Purpose of the position

  • Repair and maintenance work for MacGregor product range, plus 3rd party maker if needed
  • To ensure the work is carried out efficiently, accurately, in a friendly manner and supporting management and rest of organization in necessary areas.
  • To support Service overall goals and budgets.
  • Ensure that all activities comply with the Integrated Management System (IMS), QHSE and other rules and requirements according to MacGregor standards.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Function

○ Professionally supervise and/or perform service activities (refurbishment, upgrades, inspections, preventative maintenance and corrective actions on MacGregor and equivalent equipment.
○ Independent working methods.
○ Continuous development of own skills.



  • General

○ To carry out the day to day activities as specified below.
○ Provide information and write reports as required.
○ Establish and maintain good relationships with both internal and external customers
○ Enable feedback from customers and the service market in general to reach the appropriate MacGregor organization
○ Stay up to date with relevant developments, routines, processes and news within MacGregor major customers active in business area
○ Co-operate with the local MacGregor service network
○ Comply with all relevant safety and quality requirements
○ Follow all site safety rules, agreed working practices and environmental requirements
○ Recognize service and spares sales opportunities and communicate that to the relevant persons
○ Support sales activities such as follow-up on leads and quotes while at site, as agreed with sales responsible.
○ Coach/tutor junior colleagues and trainees as necessary
○ Awareness of the profitability in department.
○ Job management of the subcontractors.

○ Make decisions about commercial matters within prescribed limits for each project, previously agreed with the service manager.
