招聘职位

1.Position Title：Project Manager职位名称：项目经理
Major Responsibilities:主要职责：
Ensure vessels and other specified products and services are produced and delivered in accordance with contractual requirements and specifications. 确保按照合同要求和规范生产和交付船舶和其他特定产品和服务。
Ensure OHS&E guidelines and policies are carried out.确保实施环境健康安全指南和政策。
Oversight of all project resources including all subcontractors. 监督所有项目资源，包括所有分包商。

Requirements: 任职要求：
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager with proven track record within vessel building industry (experience in Aluminium construction highly desirable).至少5年的项目经理经验，在船舶制造行业有良好的记录（铝结构经验优先考虑）。
Formal project management qualifications highly desirable. 正式的项目管理资格优先考虑。

2.Position Title：Fabricator Supervisor/Superintendent职位名称：装配主管
Job description and Responsibility工作职责和工作内容
1.Oversee weekly fabrication tasks, Quality control tasks, be available at all times for Fabrication team for questions and instructions to ensure all personnel are working and have all the correct information. 监督每周生产任务完成，做好质量监督。 随时为生产团队答疑解惑，以确保所有人员都在有序工作并掌握所有正确生产信息。
2. Overall planning for future fabrication jobs including material, hours, tasks, survey requirements.生产工作的总体规划，包括材料，工时，任务，调查要求。
3.Ensure quality of fabrication and project being built is to the required standard.确保生产和正在生产的项目的质量符合要求的标准。
4. Monitor weekly job hours for tasks and allocate hours as per tasks being completed监控任务的每周工作时间，并根据完成的任务分配工时。
5. Follow instruction and work closely with construction manager and other supervisors to ensure overall outcome of project meets all standards and budgets.

Qualifications and Requirements：工作要求：
1.Previous experience in same role, and knowledge of aluminum welding.有过相关岗位工作经验，并且熟悉铝焊接。
2.Must be able to read and interoperate all design drawings for construction.必须能读懂图纸，并按图纸设计进行生产。
3.Level of English is Required – Qualifications from school要求相关英语水平，能熟练交流。
4.Willing to learn and extend their knowledge in the fabrication field. 愿意在装配领域学习和拓展他们的知识。
5.Must have good team driving skills and willing to work closely with other supervisors.必须有良好的带领团队的技能并能和其他主管紧密合作。
6.Must have high knowledge in fabrication industry. Aluminum is desirable.必须有较高的焊接专业知识，有铝焊接经验优先。

3.Position Title：Project Draftsman职位名称：套料工程师
1.根据结构设计建模结果完成套料相关工作，绘制套料图并提供切割运行文件。Nesting according to structure model. Make nesting drawings and provide CNC cutting documents.
2.解决切割过程中遇见的问题并给出解决方案。Solve problems during CNC cutting.
3.根据设计施工要求绘制简单图纸，或对现有设计图纸进行修改。According to construction needs, make simple drawings or modify currently existed drawings.
4.完成其他工作。Other drafting works as required.
5.精通SigmaNest套料软件（或其他同类型软件）Proficient in Tribon nesting software (or other equivalent software).
6.精通AutoCAD绘图软件（或其他同类型软件）Proficient in AutoCAD drawing software (or other equivalent software).
Desirable:具备5年船舶设计经验5 years’ Experience in shipbuilding drafting and design3D drafting capabilities in programs3D绘图软件熟练使用English speaking英语流利

4.装配工
在车间主管带领下按时高质量完成铝合金船体及附件的装配和焊接工作，并协助主管的其他日常工作。
主要任务：
1)   遵守车间健康和安全规范；
2)   按装配技术资料、图纸、工艺及质量标准拼接、铆焊铝合金船体；
3)   确保产品每道工序按图纸和工艺要求装配；
4） 不断学习、提高工具使用技能，改进生产设备使用效率和生产工艺。
5） 降低材料损耗；
6） 按要求每天做好现场5S和工具管理；
7） 降低返工率和资源浪费。
招聘要求：
1)   中专以上学历；
2)   熟练操作铝合金专业工具（如折弯机、锯床、辗床、铣/车床、油压、钻台、焊机等）；
3)   同时懂得铝焊/氩弧焊的更好；
4)   能读懂基本装配图纸；
5)   能读懂英文图纸者优先；
6)   良好的安全意识和团队合作精神；

5.焊工
任职要求：
1）愿意学习焊工技能和从事焊工职业，公司提供在岗培训，熟手师傅一对一指导；
2）严格遵守生产工艺操作规定，按照指导操作焊接工序，安全操作焊接设备；
3）身体健康，工作积极主动，能吃苦耐劳；
4）服从分配、听从指挥，严格遵守各项操作规程和各项规章制度，使生产规范化。
主要任务：
1）根据生产计划按时、保质、保量完成本岗位承担的各项生产任务；
2）做好生产前的准备工作和设备安全检查工作，确保生产中人身、设备安全；
3）向上级汇报不符合规定和质量要求的产品和操作方法；
4）避免出现焊接质量问题，及时发现安全隐患并整改；
5）正确使用和维护设备；
6）工作完毕及时将设备整理并归还原位，同时清扫工作场地，保持车间及公共场所的清洁有序；
7）遵守工艺纪律，执行焊接工艺指导书；
8）配合公司的质检工作；

6.CNC雕铣机操作员
经验要求：
2年以上雕铣机操作经验或相关类型CNC切割机操作经验。
例如：数控等离子切割机操作经验，数控镭射机切割操作经验或数控水切割操作经验。
