Sanko, Hellespont Form Ship Supply JV

The Sanko Steamship and Hellespont Group have formed a joint venture - Sanko-Hellespont Offshore Management - to provide ship management services to their offshore fleets through their Singapore suBSIdiaries.
The JV has started its operations this month.
The JV will manage four 12,250BHP anchor handling tug supply vessels (AHTSs) and four 3,250dwt platform supply vessels (PSVs).
The company is also planning to add another four new 16,320BHP AHTSs and four new 4,700dwt PSVs.
More vessels are expected to join the JV during 2011-2012, increasing the number to 20.
