应急发电机问题

在ABS规范中有没有对应急发电机突增突降时频率变化范围有特别说明？求大神指点！！！！！！

for AC Distribution Systems
Quantity in Operation Permanent Variation Transient Variation(Recovery Time)
Frequency ±5% ±10% (5 s)
因此，突加、突卸时，瞬时变化是5秒内，频率变化范围允许±10%。稳定后的频率应在±5%内。
