SOLAS规范SOLAS II-1/REG.11：
3 Tanks which are intended to hold liquids, and which form part of the watertight suBDIvision of the ship,
shall be tested for tightness and structural strength with water to a head corresponding to its design pressure.
The water head is in no case to be less than the top of the air pipes or to a level of 2.4 m above the top of the
tank, whichever is the greater.


其中TANKS是专指货舱区域的液舱吗？现因查看利比里亚挂旗国关于密性的要求：That is all tanks subject to SOLAS II-1/11.2 and 11.3 shall be tested with water to the head corresponding to its design pressure. The report shall be provided to the Administration.其要求指出所有满足SOLAS II-1/11.2 and 11.3要求的舱室都需要做强度试验，如这些舱还包括机舱首尾的话，那就太多了，故向高人求教以上问题！

这显然是不可能的，需要联系挂旗国，申请免除的
CLASS是按照规范做的，这个要从侧面突破

对的，以前IACS有建议可以在首制船之后的系列船，一个类型舱只挑一个做，但现在不允许了。
