百年船级社诚聘 Hull Structure Surveyor
基本月薪：9,000-15,000RMB每月，具体个人工作资历、学历以及英文水平面试时定。试用期3个月。外加外企标准福利、出差补贴，15-20天带薪休假
Working Location: Shanghai

Responsibilities:
To perform assessments and offer advice for service delivery, research or development work within agreed broad parameters relating to your capability with the assessment of ship structures and authorizations to carry out this work.
To produce the deliverable within the agreed broad parameters in an appropriate format as requested relating to your capability with the assessment of ship structures and authorizations to carry out this work.
To assess/ recommend the time/value of the work to be undertaken for an internal/external client within an agreed fee/cost structure relating to your capability with the assessment of ship structures and authorizations to carry out this work.
To discuss/ present the deliverable with the internal/external client and be able to suggest alternative solutions where appropriate relating to your capability with the assessment of ship structures and authorizations to carry out this work.
Assist in external technical meetings and discussions of technical problems relating to your capability with the assessment of ship structures and authorizations to carry out this work.
To assist in service delivery improvement by communicating internal/external client feedback as appropriate.
To coach other employees, as appropriate, and disseminate information to achieve effective knowledge transfer and application.
Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, accreditation schemes, legislation, and industry standards.

Requirements:
Bachelor degree majored in naval architecture or other equivalence
Minimum 4 years working experience in a position of responsibility in the shipbuilding industry and have been involved in the design of ship structures
Significant industry experience in Bulk Carriers is essential
Good written and verbal English

待遇很一般，本科毕业，工作四年才给这么点。还有什么试用期。。。
明显就是没有诚心找人啊！

我们代理LR GL DNV等多家船级社招聘. LR只是我们的客户之一. 这三家船级社都是世界一流的,提供的待遇也不会差到哪里去.想问下楼上的,对于这个职位, 你认为怎样的薪资算是合理的呢?

基本月薪这个价位也算公道吧，做船检主要看加班费和出差补入滴~
休假天数少了点，也还成~

As a surveyor working in Classification society, is a job just like one chinese saying described: a dog with a biscuit hanging under its neck can do it.

if you are 25 years old, and just graduated, maybe this is a heaven, please come in if you can, but be alert and keep in your mind this is not a heaven for ever, please see below.

if you are 30 years old, you can apply to this job, but just for achieving 2 years' experience, then say bye bye.

if you are 35-40 years old, forget this job, otherwise you will be a frog in hot water.

if you are 45 years old, and don't have a career prospects in state-owned company, then don't hesitate to join, there will be a bed for you relaxing the rest of your time untill retirement.

hope above to gide you somewhat if you wnat to join and satisfied with 12000RMB per month.

一般来说税后一年20万也算可以了.

不过近期船巿太好了,人招不到,工资都涨到天上了,船人们也都牛了.

在船厂也就是高级主管,混的好的话能是个中层.
大的船厂不知道多少,中小型船厂也就是月薪1W左右.民企保险和公积金还一般都按最低的交,其实福利也不见得有多好.

就是NACKS可能每年也不会过15W.

船长和应届毕业生看来不行呢...需要有相关工作经验5Y左右的. 其实4Y也可是试下.

请问专科生可以吗?工作马上满五年了,船体专业,专业水平和英语自我感觉还行,不知是否可以考虑?
我个人认为现代社会应该是一个重能力而轻学历的社会,再说本专科差别也不是很大,只要有能力就是好样的,别管你是什么学历.不知楼主以为如何?
