汇报对象：Engineer & Supply Manager
具体职责
1、Leading and developing a team responsible for modules, carrying out local
design, purchase and module building.
2、Be responsible for day-to-day Engineering activities (planning, execution – timing, cost, quality monitoring & control, de-bottlenecking) :
i. Engineering and Order Handling including planning and prioritizing
ii. External workshops / subcontractors
iii. Goods purchased from external suppliers
iv. Logistics
3、Set annual targets, action plans for continuous improvement including: supply chain, quality, cost competitiveness and delivery time
4、Identifying & driving implementation of ‘Best practices’ for keeping the subcontractors work-shops efficient.
5、Collaborating internally & externally to solve problems in professional & co-operative ways to provide best support to our customers.

Education:
Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering – Production/Manufacturing
Experience:
Manager of a team around 5 people
Workshop management
Localization of products designed in Europe
Quality Control / Assurance
