Mission
For procurements and vessel maintenance purpose :
- update a general picture of container shipyards situation and evolution in China
- detect and propose procurement opportunities
- detect and propose maintenance opportunities
- maintain daily relations with the shipyards with the help of the Group’s local agencies
- act as a technical translator/interpreter when necessary
- give support in the negotiations
Reporting
This is a “New Construction Department”s position locally reporting to the xxxxxxxx China’s Deputy General Manager in charge of institutional relations and investment projects.
Profile
- university graduate (Benke), preferably in ship design
- Minimum 5 years experience in ship building management
- fluent English, spoken and written
- hardworking
- high reactivity and initiative
- rigorous and careful of hierarchy
- good relationship
Conditions
- business trips to Chinese shipyard cities, occasionally abroad
- salary level along the experience and competence of applicant
