I am currently working in this company.
I can tell every reader that this company is very bad.
The recruiter may tell you this company is good, now let me tells you some real things here.
The company pays 3 months salary as bonus to make you accept a low salary, usually 2400 Singapore dollars per month, but the local fresh graduate gets 2800.
The tricky thing is you do not get bonus unless you work overtime without payment, so the bonus is actually you overtime payment.
But are you guys really happy with 2400? And I think most of you already got working experience. You should get 3500 if you have 3 or 4 years experience.
It discriminates Chinese(A lot Indian here) and gets you working overtime without payment.
The yard starts working at 7:25am. Usually you need to get up before 6 am. And you leave the company at 7:00pm(some time it is 10pm when it is busy). Usually it takes more than 40 minutes to travel from you residency to the yard.
The sad thing is we take company bus(because we want to save money), but the bus drives us to the yard before 7 am. So everyday, you spend 12 hours working. More than 2 hours travelling.
DO NOT COME TO THIS COMPANY. MY ADVICE.
But Keppel is good. If Keppel is looking for new guys, you can give it a try.

感觉说的很好啊，英语也不错，感觉就算那企业不好至少英语锻炼的不错啊

我是上面那个发帖的兄弟，昨天是借我同事的ID发的
至于我英文说的不错，那是因为我本来英文就很不错
我在国内工作过一年，以前工作十几个同事都是老外，只有几个中国人
当初他们给我2200，说他们不知道我到底工作能力如何，如果表现好，一年后能大幅加薪
不过来这里发现这里每年加薪100左右，除非你能晋升，不过这个需要你工作3年才给你晋升
公司的政策是不停的骗人过来接受他的低薪，你过来给你加薪的幅度是很缓慢的
另外这里其他的中国过来的人都是在中国已经工作了3年以上的，过来也是只有2500多点
本地大学毕业过来就是2900，所以大家过来工资都很低的
在过来前大家考虑清楚，结婚了的就不要出来折磨自己了
单身的，没工作经验的，国内工资少于5000，满足上面3个条件的还是可以考虑过来的
另外，英文不好的不要担心，这里大家都说中文的，只是资料用英文，中国的大学生读没问题的
