napa软件 LD 子系统下 RELBM 和 BMREL的区别？

NAPA软件 LD 子系统下，发现 RELBM 和 BMREL 对于同一个position 给出的 value是不一样的？看了解释，没有能理解，求指点。

The relative bending moment is fraction (bending moment)/(permissible bending
moment). The quantity attains value 100% at both limits and value 0% at BM=0.
If the minimum and maximum limits are not symmetric with respect to zero, it is
recommended to use the quantity RELBM.

RELBM       relative bending moment

The relative bending moment is fraction (bending moment)/(permissible bending
moment). The quantity attains value 100% at both limits and value 0% in the
middle the minimum and maximum limit. If the range of the limit curves is
lesser than the range of the bending moment, outside the limit curves the
quantity is assigned 0%.
