1. Superintendent (Shanghai Office)
Responsibilities:
Impact on Business:

Reviews the Cargo Securing Manual.
·
Determines/establishes and adheres to the DW operational standard.
·
Prepares project documentation.
·
Arranges flag state exemptions (for additional riders) if required.
·
Ensures a smooth, safe, cost efficient and timely execution of the project, meeting client expectations.
·
Checks the site, vessel, cargo (and tug or other equipment) required for the operation if all is in accordance with the requirements.
·
Delivers lay time calculation a completed Superintendent manual and a summary of commitments.
·
Completes various cargo documents and calculates demurrage, fuel escalation etc.
·
Participates in risk analyses.
·
Compiles 'Scope of Works' for subcontractors (deck preparations, sea fastening etc).
·
Supervises the work and to prepare all required administration i.e. statement of facts, bill of lading and checking documents/bills afterwards.
·
Inspects the vessel(s) and compile a report for DW as regular.

In case of management of change follows company procedures.

To pro-actively participate in preparing appointed projects to be executed in a safe and cost efficient manner by providing correct and timely advice where required with sufficient detail

Requirements:
Educational Background:
·
Bachelor or equivalent
Professional Knowledge:
·
About 5-10 years of relevant experience.
·
Training in the field of Mechanical Engineering, Maritime Officer or equivalent.
·
Specific knowledge of welding, processes, material knowledge, constructions and theory of strength of materials.
-Sailing experience, preferably in Heavy lifting, tugs or offshore.

2. Manager of Operations (Shanghai Office)
Mission:
In charge of all the operations in China, including engineering, project management, procurement and operations support.
Responsibilities:

Has an overall control over the Engineering Department.

Has an overall control over the project budget, planning, schedule, progress, scope change and execution to maximize project results and optimize client relations.

Obtains relevant internal and external resources for the engineering department to perform its duty and complete projects.

Plans and manages all the resources including recruiting, training, evaluating, motivating, developing people and ensuring the compliance with all the standards.

Ensures safe and efficient Heavy Lift Vessels operating.

Ensures timely and efficient purchase of equipment, materials and services for the projects.

Manages the engineering, project management, procurement and operations support teams.

Requirements:
Educational Background:

Bachelor or higher degree in naval architecture or offshore engineering discipline from renowned universities is preferred.
Professional Knowledge:

Above 10 years of experience in offshore industry, preferably from MNC.

Solid experience in engineering project management with the Certificate of PMP preferred.
·
Significant people management skills with the experience of managing a large team.

3. Sales Manager Heavy Marine Transport (Shanghai Office)
Mission:
Responsible for the overall negotiation and administration of contracts and the development and implementation of contracts. Realize the follow up of incoming inquiries and ensuring the total tender process with customers. Realization of the gross revenue and gross margin targets in the target market.
Responsibilities:

Identifies the actions and time scheduled needed to define opportunity approach.

Secures the agreed pricing strategy in the target market and initiating opportunities to stretch pricing possibilities.

Defines which inquiries are hot, medium and cold and agree the tender/proposal process.

Ensures and maintains the complete contractual negotiation process and final signature and secure control of all relevant documents regarding the complete process.

Ensures commercial information data input on inquiries, contracts, visit reports, competitive information and customer information in relevant marketing information databases.
